Your primary care doctor will continue to provide your general healthcare needs. You will be informed of any required follow-up appointment with your Physiatrist.
Prescriptions generated through this office may be refilled Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm for those patients who have been seen within thirty days without any new complaint or condition.
